This department was established to meet with the demands of the globalization of foodstuff-related culture. We train and develop professionals who are required by hotels, bakeries and restaurants. Hotel and food-service industries demand earnestness with a high grade of intellectual ability. The department aims to develop young professionals who can create taste, gusto and also propagate desirable cultural cuisine.
